PLACE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER AND RETAIN A COPY OF THESE TERMS & YOUR ORDER FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
 
We would like to welcome you to Dolly Dimples website. If you continue using our website you are agreeing to comply with the terms & conditions of use. The term 'Dolly Dimples' or 'we' or 'us' refers to the owners of the website whose registered office is 28 Lambton Drive, Hetton-le-Hole, Tyne & wear, DH5-0EW.
 
The term 'you' refers to the user, viewer of the website or buyer. The following terms & conditions apply to 'you' while using or buying direct from us or using the website or by purchasing items within a shop.
 
It is your responsibility to ensure that the order confirmation is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for customers not following the correct instruction when taking impressions, the fingerprint is only as good as the impression you take. We cannot be held responsible for customers not checking orders or misspelling personalised orders. Please ensure you check  your order form as your mistakes cannot be rectified once the piece has been made. Please ensure that you read the f.a.q. section carefully before placing your with reference with the end result. Some tiny babies do not have defined fingerprints compared with older children. We are able to take a print of the nail side of the babys finger if you decide that that would be more defined. We may not always get a 'perfect defined' print but it is unique to your child. You are buying a bespoke piece of jeweller y, no two are the same & that is the beauty of the piece.
 
In the unlikely event we have made a mistake of your order, please email us at mare@dollydimples.co.uk or 0191 5269471 / 07814525488 within 7 days of receipt of your jewellery for instructions on returning the item(s). You must check the goods on delivery. If you do not inform us within 7 days we shall have no liability for damaged or faulty goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
 
Warranty - All goods supplied by us are warranted free from defects in materials or workmanship for 12 months from date of delivery. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Returns & refunds - You have the right to cancel your order but please note that if your fingerprint or ink less wipe kit has already been sent out there will be  a small cancellation fee of £10.00 to cover costs. If we have received your impression kit or ink less wipe back & have started work on your order, we regret we cannot refund your order due to the order being bespoke to you but we believe this would not happens we are sure you will be delighted with your purchases from Dolly Dimples.
Description & Price of the Goods: The description & price of the goods you order will be shown in the order & remain valid for 30 days from receipt by yourself. If we believe an error has been made on your order we shall contact you as soon as possible to confirm that the order is correct price or to cancel order. 
Delivery:The estimated date of delivery will be set out in your order. We do not accept liability for a failure beyond reasonable control to deliver your order by the estimated date of delivery, especially during postal strikes or loss of products due to postal errors. In the event of non-delivery please contact us so we can contact Royal Mail to track your order. In the event of the item being lost, we can only offer a replacement or refund after Royal Mail has confirmed the package is lost, which usually takes around 3 weeks.
Payment: Payment of the goods shall be made when you place your order. The price shall include delivery of the goods to your address, unless otherwise arranged. We do accept cheques if you have contacted us by email first, we cant start processing the order until the cheque has cleared first.
 
Copyright:This website contains information, graphics, design, layout, photographs which belong to us . Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice which forms part of these terms & conditions. Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to us in claiming for damages &/or be a criminal offence.
 You may not create a link to our website from another website or document without Dolly Dimples written permission. We may include links to other websites, these links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. We do not endorse their products or information & we donut accept responsibility for the content of the linked website(s). 
 
Exclusions of Liability: Nothing in these Terms & conditions shall exclude or limit the liability of the seller for death or personal injury, however the Seller shall not be liable for any direct loss or damage suffered by the customer howsoever caused as a result of any negligence, breach of contract or otherwise in excess of the price of goods.
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform any of its obligations to you where the failure is due to circumstances beyond our control.
The Customer Disclaimer:At Dolly Dimples, we advise that babies under 16 weeks/4 months do not have their fingerprints taken due to the slight risk of bruising as outlined above of our terms & conditions. If the customer acknowledges this advise but still wants to have their child's fingerprint taken, please sign the disclaimer box on the front of the purchase form. In signing the disclaimer you the customer acknowledges this advise as outlined above of our terms & conditions. Note, Dolly Dimples may at any time refuse to take a fingerprint of any child whose fingers are deemed to be too delicate, no matter what the age is.
Distance Selling by Law: Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item with 7 working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all products EXCEPT BESPOKE ART WEAR/FINGERPRINTS & MADE TO ORDER ITEMS. Please contact us at marie@dollydimples.co.uk within the 7 days cooling off period. The items should be packaged up & securely sent back to Dolly Dimples, 28 Lambton Drive, Hetton-le-Hole, Tyne & Wear DH5-0EW so we receive it with the 7 working days deadline. For your own protection we recommend  the items be sent by recorded delivery or special delivery Royal Mail, you will be responsible for your own postage costs. When we receive your item back we will refund the c cost of the item but we will not be able to cover priority postage costs only normal postage.
By purchasing a gift from us, we understand you are therefore agreeing to the above Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions can be printed out for you to keep. They do not affect your statutory rights.
